STREAM – Built on Now
Newflow Systems has received certification of its STREAM application with ServiceNow, available on the ServiceNow Store. Certification by ServiceNow is only granted to apps available in the Store and signifies that STREAM has successfully completed a set of defined tests focused on Now Platform security, compatibility, performance, and integration interoperability. The certification also ensures that best practices are utilized in the design and implementation of STREAM with ServiceNow.
STREAM has been designed to extend the baseline ITSM applications to meet the needs of the Communication Service Provider (CSP) environment, utilizing Newflow’s extensive experience and knowledge of implementations at Tier 1 CSPs and aligning to the TM Forum Frameworx. The extensions focus on enhancing the ServiceNow ITSM application baseline with common business processes and requirements to minimize the amount of complex configuration and/or customization required to fulfil the role of an ITSM solution within a CSP’s network operations domain. The Newflow product extends the Incident & Change Management applications along with providing a class structure that is fit-for-purpose to support the business processes that are not catered for by standard ITSM.
